1. Order Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During promotional events, processing times may increase slightly — we will keep you informed if any delays occur.

2. Shipping Methods & Transit Time

BioHerbixa uses trusted delivery partners to ensure your products reach you efficiently. Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Within Pakistan:

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (where available)

Delivery times may vary depending on your location and courier performance.

3. Shipping Charges

  • Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your delivery location.
  • Free shipping may be offered during promotions or upon meeting minimum order requirements.
  • Any additional charges related to extra packaging or express options will be clearly shown at checkout.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive:

  • A shipping confirmation email/SMS
  • A tracking number (if available)

Use this tracking number to monitor your order’s progress until delivery.

5. Shipping Restrictions

  • We currently ship to valid physical addresses within Pakistan.
  • At this time, international shipping is not available unless specified on the website.
  • PO Boxes and company mailrooms may delay delivery — we recommend a direct address when possible.

6. Delivery Issues or Delays

If you experience any delay or have not received your order within the expected timeframe:

  1. Check your tracking status first.

  3. We will investigate with our delivery partners and update you as soon as possible.

Please allow a short grace period for occasional courier delays.

7. Lost or Damaged Shipments

In the rare case that your order is:

  • Lost in transit
  • Arrives damaged
  • Incorrect item delivered

Please contact our support team within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photo evidence (for damaged items). We will assist you promptly with a replacement or appropriate solution.

8. Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order is placed:

  • Changes to address or items may only be made before dispatch.

  • Once an order has shipped, cancellation may not be possible and a return/refund request will apply instead (see our Returns & Refund Policy).
