Returns & Refund Policy – BioHerbixa

At BioHerbixa, we want you to shop with confidence. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help. This Returns & Refund Policy explains your rights and our process for returns, refunds, and exchanges.


1. Return Eligibility

You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • The product is in its original packaging
  • The product is unopened, unused, and undamaged
  • All tags, seals, and labels are intact

Returns will not be accepted if the product has been opened, used, or is missing original components. Due to the nature of personal care and herbal products, we cannot accept returns on items that have been used or compromised.


2. How to Initiate a Return

To start the return process:

  2. Provide your order number, name, and reason for return
  3. We will issue a Return Authorization and instructions

Returns will only be accepted if they meet the above eligibility criteria and have been authorized by BioHerbixa.


3. Return Shipping

Unless due to our error (e.g., defective item, incorrect product), the customer is responsible for the return shipping cost.

We recommend using a trackable and insured shipping method, as BioHerbixa is not responsible for items lost or damaged in return transit.


4. Refund Terms

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time may take up to 14 business days
  • Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable

Refund amounts may be adjusted if the item shows signs of use or damage upon return.


5. Exchanges

If you want to exchange an item (e.g., wrong product received):

  • Contact us immediately upon delivery
  • Exchanges are subject to stock availability
  • Additional shipping charges may apply

6. Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Order number
  • Photo evidence of damage
  • Description of the issue

We will promptly review and arrange a replacement or refund.


7. Non-Returnable Items

Some products cannot be returned due to hygiene or safety reasons, including but not limited to:

  • Opened oils or liquid products
  • Unsealed soaps or personal care items
  • Products without original packaging

We will specify item return eligibility at the time of purchase if needed.
